1. Returns

You may return products under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Certain items (e.g., stationery or personal hygiene items) may not be eligible for return due to safety or hygiene reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

• Lagos Customers: Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
• Outside Lagos: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Contact within the applicable timeframe.
• Provide your order number and reason for the return.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Follow the instructions provided by our team for shipping the product back to us.
• Refunds (or exchanges, if preferred) will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed as follows:

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
